Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to residents of Cailfornia, but not to any other US state or other destinations throughout the world. Fortunately, the bulk of our product line consists of food items, which are not subject to taxation.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept the main credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.


How much will my shipping charges be?

During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed.


What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 10 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.


What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or share it with third parties for any reason.


How do I track my order?

Orders cannot be tracked through the online shopping program because we have no direct interface with our shipping department. Generally, orders are shipped the day after we receive them or on Monday if orders are place on Friday or over the weekend. The transit time for an order is estimated at one day for each zone. That is, an order for the 5th zone, for example, is said to take five days for delivery... If it is important for you to track an order at any given time we can supply you with the UPS tracking number that is assigned when your order is processed. You can contact us by phone or email to obtain a tracking number.


Shipping rates seem a bit high, are your charges accurate?

The shopping cart program has a tendency to calculate shipping charges higher than the actual UPS or U. S. Postal Service rates. However, before each order is shipped, the shipping rates are accurately recalculated so you pay only the actual current shipping rate which is less than the website calculation in most cases.
